01 · Information
What we collect and why
Website visits
Our hosting and content-delivery providers handle ordinary request details such as your IP address, browser or device information, requested page, and date and time. This is needed to deliver, secure, and troubleshoot the site.
Forms and messages
If you choose to submit a form or email us, we receive the details you provide. The general email signup and ACE waitlist ask for an email address. ACE is AI Coaching for Entrepreneurs. The ACE waitlist on swiftroot.com and alekmlynek.com uses the same MailerLite form for ACE updates and occasional AI, technology, and business notes. Pre-Flight asks for your name, email address, and company.
Pre-Flight
When you complete Pre-Flight, SwiftRoot privately archives your name, email address, company, completed answers, and calculated Pre-Flight results in Amazon Web Services. We use the record to provide and improve Pre-Flight and to understand practical follow-up. Amazon SES sends a fixed completion notification to SwiftRoot’s shared inbox, where our team processes it through Google Workspace. Only your contact details, not answers, scores, or report, go to MailerLite for the double-opt-in follow-up you can confirm.
Purchases
When you choose to buy, Stripe processes Checkout and payment details. Stripe shares the transaction and contact information SwiftRoot needs to provide the engagement and keep appropriate business records. SwiftRoot does not receive your full card number.
We use this information to provide the site and requested services, respond to you, send follow-up you signed up for, operate and improve the business, protect the site, and meet legal or accounting obligations.
02 · Providers
Who helps us provide the site
- Amazon Web Services (S3, CloudFront, API Gateway, Lambda, and SES)Hosts and delivers the website, validates and privately archives completed Pre-Flight reports, and sends the fixed internal completion notification.
- Bunny FontsDelivers the Manrope font on most pages. A font request shares ordinary request information, including your IP address, with Bunny.
- MailerLiteLoads the ACE waitlist form and processes email-list and Pre-Flight contact details for follow-up. The ACE waitlist is shared with alekmlynek.com and uses email confirmation to complete signup. See MailerLite’s privacy policy.
- Google WorkspaceProcesses the internal inbox notification generated when Pre-Flight is completed and ordinary email sent to or from SwiftRoot.
- StripeHosts secure Checkout and processes payment information when you choose to buy. See Stripe’s Canadian Privacy Center.
These providers may process information outside Canada, including in the United States or other countries where they or their subprocessors operate. Information in another country can be subject to that country’s laws. We do not share personal information beyond providers working for us or where disclosure is required or permitted by law.
03 · Control
Storage, email, and your choices
Cookies and local storage
Google Analytics uses cookies to distinguish visitors and sessions. SwiftRoot stores one theme preference in your browser’s local storage so light, dark, or automatic mode can be remembered. The embedded MailerLite form loads provider scripts that may use cookies or similar technology when the form is loaded or used. You can clear or block cookies and browser storage in your browser settings. Blocking cookies alone does not necessarily stop Google Analytics from sending data; use the opt-out add-on described above or browser controls that block the analytics script.
Email choices
You can choose not to submit a signup or assessment form. MailerLite uses double opt-in for the ACE waitlist and Pre-Flight contact signup. Confirm your email to join the ACE waitlist. You can unsubscribe from follow-up or newsletter email using the link in an email, or contact SwiftRoot directly.
How long we keep information
The private AWS Pre-Flight archive automatically expires completion records after 730 days. Other personal information is kept only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes above and for legal, tax, accounting, dispute, or security needs. We delete or de-identify information when it is no longer reasonably required, and you may request earlier deletion of an archive record where appropriate.
How we protect it
The completion archive is separate from the public website, encrypted at rest, blocked from public access, and available only to narrowly authorized systems and operators. We also use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards suited to the information and rely on established providers for email, hosting, and payment processing. No website, transmission, or storage system can promise absolute security.
04 · Requests
Ask about your information
You can ask what personal information SwiftRoot has about you, request a correction, ask us to delete information where appropriate, withdraw consent for future use where applicable, or raise a privacy concern. We may need to verify your identity and may keep information where there is a legal or legitimate business reason to do so.

When this policy changes
We may update this policy when the website, providers, or practices change. The effective and last-updated date at the top will show when the current version took effect. Material changes will be explained here before or when the changed collection starts.
