Organize your offers, processes and client knowledge so AI understands your business. Practise finding an answer in your own notes, with a source you can check.
Executive Support
Build help with the tasks you carry as an owner. Turn meeting notes into a brief with decisions, next steps and follow-up drafts for you to review.
Metrics dashboard
Choose useful business numbers and build a view you can use to decide what needs attention. For example, track outstanding quotes and unpaid invoices, then check the records behind the numbers.
As you build, learn to control what AI can access and do, check its sources and review work before sending or publishing.

I’m Alek. I’ve spent 20+ years as a developer across hundreds of projects, and I run my own business. I teach the technical details in plain language and help you work through how they apply to the work you’re responsible for.

That’s part of what the weekly calls are for. Bring what you tried and where it became confusing. We’ll work through it in plain language and check the result together.
Will I need lots of new tools?
We start with the work and the simplest useful setup. More connections and automation can come later if they solve a real need.
Is ACE a course or coaching?
Both: a practical AI course with guided application and weekly coaching. You learn the fundamentals, build your core business support, then choose where to apply it. You practise using, checking and improving what you build.
How technical does it get?
You learn enough to understand how your setup works, what information it uses and which actions it can take. I explain the details as they become useful and help you test and review the results. You can start without coding experience.
What if I need someone to build it for me?
