After more than 20 years as a developer, becoming a business owner meant learning things I hadn't spent much time practising. Reaching out. Building relationships. Finding out what people actually needed.
I spent months working alone on things nobody wanted, testing ideas and struggling to find a direction. There's a particular kind of defeat in working that hard and still feeling lost.
Much of SwiftRoot's own work is automated now, and I'm still making improvements. I want to help you understand what your business needs and what technology can do for it. You can bring the bigger questions too, including what you want the business to make room for in your life.
We'll build a control panel for your priorities and a vault for your business information. You'll also learn to build AI workers for useful jobs in a part of the business you choose.

You can start without knowing how to code. Bring a part of your business you'd like help with, and we'll work through it in language you understand.
Bring what you tried and where it became confusing. We can look at what happened and choose a manageable next step. A simpler process may be enough.
You bring your business knowledge and learn by doing, with my guidance. You'll practise with your own work, check the results with me and learn how to keep useful information up to date. You make the decisions about your business.
You choose a focus from the areas above. Bring a recurring job you'd like help with, and we'll work out what an AI worker needs to do it. The control panel and business vault give that work a foundation.
