Flight Map · Built by Alek

Keep the big picture. Open up the details.

A simple way to map how work moves through your business—and go deeper without losing the bigger picture.

Inside one step

A closer look, in the same map.

Choose the small arrow on “Deliver the work” to open its child map. Here, the delivery steps include a review decision and a loop for changes. Use the Root breadcrumb to return to the overview. Each layer has room for detail without crowding the whole process.

Built for the work I do.

I built Flight Map because the tools I used made moving between an overview and its sub-maps awkward. I use it internally and for workflow mapping with Cookies By George.

External local AI agents can help draft or revise the readable map file. I then open it in Flight Map to inspect the steps and connections with the people who know the work.

Try the demo.

Explore the same six-step overview and its two child maps. This is a fictional example, not a Cookies By George map.

Download the demo, then choose File → Open in Flight Map and select request-to-delivery.flightmap.
