What we can work on
Make AI useful beyond one person's chat.
Every company needs a different route
Choose the work around your business.
We choose the work around your priorities, people and existing tools. These are possible starting points; we agree the work together.
How we work together
Stay involved as the systems take shape.
Navigator is an ongoing monthly partnership. We choose a priority, work through the change with your team, and review what is useful. Alek takes on selected implementation where it helps the agreed work move forward. Your team brings the business knowledge and stays involved as the systems take shape.

What I use AI for.
Choose the help you need
Flight Plan, Navigator or ACE.
A few questions before we talk.
Where do we start? Do we need to choose Claude or ChatGPT first?
Start with one task your team needs help with and what a useful result would look like. We choose the work around your priorities, people and existing tools. The choice between Claude and ChatGPT can follow once we know what you need the tool to do.
For a way to narrow the list, The 10 Minute Workflow Pick walks through comparing recurring work by impact, frequency and frustration, then naming its trigger, output and owner.
What if staff are worried about AI or unsure how to use it?
Bring those concerns into the work. We help people practise on tasks they already do, give AI useful context and check its output. Your team brings the business knowledge and stays involved as we work through the change.
What happens after Flight Plan?
Flight Plan helps you investigate the problem and choose what to change. You can put the plan into practice with your own team, another provider or SwiftRoot. Navigator offers ongoing help with your team through separately agreed work. You can also come directly to Navigator when you know where you need help.
Is Navigator training, implementation or software development?
Navigator is an ongoing monthly partnership to put AI to work with your team. The agreed work can involve staff training, workflows and tools, shared AI skills or company knowledge. Alek takes on selected implementation while your team stays involved. Any software we build needs to fit the work we agree together.
How do we handle security, access and human review?
Start by defining the job, what information it needs, what it can access or change, and who checks the result before anyone relies on it. Use redacted examples where possible, and keep passwords and unrestricted system access out of an initial inquiry. The access and review needed depend on the agreed work.
Is every example on this page included?
These are possible starting points. We choose the work around your priorities, people and existing tools, and agree what to take on. The examples help you describe what you need; they are not a fixed package of deliverables.
